Sweet and sour Easter basket
Ingredients:
- 250 g flour
- 130 g sugar
- 200 g yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 160 g butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- Powdered sugar
- green food coloring
- Sprinkles
- hitschies Sour Octopus Arms
- Toothpick
- ggf. hitschies Hitschies
Preparation for the muffins
Prepare muffin cups and preheat oven to 180 degrees (convection oven: 160 degrees). Mix the butter and sugar together. Add the eggs and yogurt and vanilla sugar and mix well too. Then add the flour with baking powder and salt and mix until you get a uniform mixture. Divide the batter among the muffin cups and bake them in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Then let them cool down.
Decoration
Mix powdered sugar with a little water and green food coloring. Pour this on the cooled muffins. Put the sprinkles on top of the liquid glaze. Cut the toothpicks in half and push one half into the end of each hitschler full tube. Form this into a bow for the basket and insert into the ends into the cupcakes. Decorate with hitschies as Easter eggs.
