What a pity that you are not 100% happy with your order and that you would like to return products! The simplest way for you to initiate your return is for you to follow these steps:

• You can declare rescission within 14 days. If you would like to find out more about your rescission right, you can read all about this in our GTC .
• Please pack your products in the original box before sending them back.
• In order for us to be able to identify and process your return, please download this document fill it out by hand, and include it in your parcel.
  • For the document, you will need your order number, which you received by email in your order confirmation. This begins with VAO.
  • If you cannot see your order number, you can also get in touch with us directly via our contact form. Unfortunately we cannot identify your parcel without this number.

• Then please ensure that your parcel is securely closed.
