We could now start from the beginning in the classic way and there is really a lot to tell, because with four generations and over 80 years of company history there is a lot going on.
We are in the midst of change and all eyes are focused on the future. In the fourth generation, Philip Hitschler-Becker has taken over the key to the confectionery cupboard and is actively supported by the entire family. The future will be even more innovative and lively. Plus, of course, colorful, cheerful and diverse, like a pack of Hitschies. We only put quality and good taste in the bag, regardless of whether it's sour dragon tongues, brizzl UFOs or bubble gum hitschies. THE FAMILY
Family plays a special role for us at Hitschler. In addition to Philip Hitschler-Becker, his siblings Julia and Nicolas in the fourth generation and their mother Gabriele Hitschler-Becker in the third generation can also be found regularly on our Hitschler campus.
The long-term planning and objectives of the family business are discussed with the two family dogs, Emma and Lotta, both in meeting rooms and over lunch or dinner together, on walks or on family vacations. For us, family business doesn't just say it, it's also in it.
